Arizona's outdoor weather is perfect for holding a yoga class on the lawn during winter months, and we can even bring a canopy gazebo for shade. During the hotter months from May to September, try our Water Yoga class in the pool for a refreshing and invigorating workout.
When the desert heat becomes too much for outdoor yoga, we shift to the water! If you have access to a pool at your home or Airbnb, you can experience our aqua classes. Our experienced instructors provide Water Yoga and Barre sessions!
