During each 90-minute class, you will receive:

Join us for an entertaining and educational class called "Create, Learn, Play" happening every Monday from 6:30pm- 8pm. In each 90-minute session, you will discover a number, an animal totem, a plant medicine, a body pose, and a healing sound that all relate to each other. You will also get to create a unique art piece that reflects what you have learned.

Our goal is to awaken your creativity, increase your awareness of the energy surrounding you, and inspire you to interpret life's signs. Through this class, you will learn to appreciate the messages that tiny things like ants and numbers are trying to convey to you. You will also get useful information about plant medicine that you can apply in your daily life, and you will discover how body movement and sound can affect how you feel.

By creating and connecting with others in this class, you will experience a new sense of happiness and inner peace that will stay with you for days. You will also have the opportunity to connect with your animal spirit guide and make new friends.

Come and explore new ideas, create something meaningful, and discover the power of energy. Remember, everything is energy!
